It just dawned on me that I've had Poco 7 years today. He was sitting on the lot with 13 kms on him, still wrapped in plastic bits. That would have been 7 years ago yesterday, they prepped him, and he was mine less than 24 hours later. He now has 174,675 kms on him, that's 108,538 miles. He has never let me down, likely saved my life, and still goes like snot. I took him in today to get front control arm bushings, an alignment, and a new belt. Besides oil/tranny fluid changes, one set of brakes, couple sets of tires, first new battery a couple of weeks ago, Megan exhaust, Way/DDM intake, and a few little odds and ends, he has been a very cheap ride. He is still my first new car, and many of the cars I've owned had more miles on them when I bought them. Mark
Got him back today, having new bushings up front , and having general maintenance stuff done just feels good. Mark
Love the feel of a car after having some major maintenance done to it. I will be celebrating 7 yrs this Dec......wow.
I forgot, until I got home yesterday. I was home, Poco was not home, which to me is weird, and then it came to me. He got a day at the spa for a present I guess Mark
