I only have 37 miles on mine but 26 of those were with the sport button activated. I hate to say, I didn't notice anything different from my '10 MCS. Also, I didn't really push it because I'm breaking it in still but I will attempt to get some video in during my days off next week. Come on guys, I'm waiting for a good gurgle and pop video also.
