The style can be a five or six spoke or a 9 spoke....not likely to be a mesh or a double spoked or a radical form. Likely along the lines of a Volk TE37 or an OZ Allegerrita HLT.
The price is ambitious for a forged wheel for sure. Not really sure what they have in mind. I simply said such a price on a forged wheel would get a lot of attention.
I think the opportunity here is to get a quality light, wider wheel (I prefer an 8.5" but the 8" will do) with only the 4x100 holes. My Kosei K1 TS wheels are great but I can only get them in 7" width and the extra holes detract from the look, at least for me.
It would likely be offered in silver or maybe gunmetal but not black.
TD lists them on their website. One mini here in Austin runs them. He really likes the wider width and tire for track but would love a lighter wheel and would also likely go for the 8.5" if he could get it.
I'm one of those old school types that still likes silver wheels. But, the gunmetal version is very appealing to me. I'll keep this in mind. (The site says they're sold out for now but I'm not in a hurry...) Thanks.
