I solved the ammo shortage today. Cabela's has been hoarding it for their new store in Columbus. There was a good bit on the shelves but I didn't feel like waiting 2 hours to check out. It was a crazy place.
:cornut: It's good to know that someone has some ammo. 'Cheaper Than Dirt' still has small amounts of foreign ammo. Jason
:cornut: The ammo shortage, of course, is only in the popular calibers. One can still get the expensive and rare: 38/40, 44/40, 32/20, .38 Long Colt, .38S&W( also called .38 Colt New Police and not to be confused with the popular .38 S&W spl),.455 Webley, .32/40, .38/55, .45/70govt, .50/90 Sharps, 450/577 Enfield, .50 Browning Machine Gun. Not very many of us need those calibers however. Jason
:cornut: That's Great! Just for variety, could you change the revolver to an AR15 or other rifle 'in side profile' for side by side comparison( no, the next suggestion is better than just changing to a rifle). Or rifle and revolver in side profile, barrels pointing diagonally up and crossed. To make it look good/balanced, you may have to adjust the sizes of the revolver and rifle. Yeah 2 weapons crossed illustrating both a hand gun and a rifle which illustrates the multiweapon abilities of MINI Shooters. The MINIs look great, don't change a thing there! You're a talented man Sir. Jason
:cornut: I just noticed that the cylinder contains only 5 chambers. So it's either a small frame revolver or a very large caliber, like .500 S&W for instance. Jason
:cornut: Looks great. I compliment your choices, an M14(civilian M1A) rifle and an 'N' frame(large frame) Smith & Wesson revolver. Jason
Very nice. In the spirit of the thread my MINI took me to the range to break in my M&P9c with 210 rounds. It performed flawlessly and put a smile on my face.
I'm going to look into getting some made. I created the graphic in hi-res and just used the lo-res on the site. Who's interested?
I like it. I need to change out a couple badges in the back anyways! I went to a new FFL down the street to pick something up last night and he had an R53 in the garage. I think he will be joining up here soon an joining us for donuts.
