    As you know this is not the real him talking. He's been through a lot & it may take some time until he comes back to the level he was pre-accident. I can't imagine how tough this is for your son, you & your family. Hang in there Rick.

    Thanks for the update Rick and I am happy he is doing a little better.

    They need to run that MRI or CAT scan to see what's going in his bean.

    I was expecting to see a decently mangled car, but not that bad! Your boy is very lucky indeed! Does he even have any broken bones?

    Time for him to start playing the PowerBall when he gets released from all the medic's...

    Not a broken bone any where. A very small fracture n his right shoulder blade. Some cuts, scrapes and bruises.

    Sorry to hear that--having something serious happen to one of your kids, it's just not supposed to happen, it's unimaginable. But I'm happy for you that when its all said and done, it's going to be alright. Kind of puts all of our car obsession into perspective.

    Went and saw him last night and he is off the ventilator as I said earlier. He is responding to verbal commands and has talked a little. He was still heavily sedated with pain meds, slleping a lot which is good. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.
