So sorry to hear about the accident! Though I am glad to hear that he's already responding. All my best wishes to you and yours!
Oh no! I just saw this! I'm glad to see he is already improving - thinking of you all and hope he continues to improve quickly!
Just saw him. Not good. He was fighting the nurse trying to take the bp cup off. Being very argumentative. They had to restrain him to the bed again. MRI may be the next step.
WOW Rick, Keep the faith and like Crashton said "More positive thoughts & wishes headed your way Rick."
First I have seen this. Prayers and thoughts headed your way. Must have been quite a wreck to crumple the passenger side door into the cup holder. Whats the story of how it all happened?
Best to sedate and restrain versus doing more hurt, best to all of you again. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Don
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. Just got back from the hospital. Not good, more belligerent and back in restraints. Tried to bite the nurse and cursing her and us. Told 2 people he was going to kill them. I hope it's just the concussion talking and not him for real. Took Logan with me and he is one of the 2 that was threatened. That could end badly. .....
As you know this is not the real him talking. He's been through a lot & it may take some time until he comes back to the level he was pre-accident. I can't imagine how tough this is for your son, you & your family. Hang in there Rick.
At least he's conscious and interacting. Negative interaction or not, it's better than being insensible. Again, all my best. I have high hopes that he'll be fine once the trauma is over.
I just saw this post. I am so sorry to hear about this. More prayers being sent up. Your son has a very loving family. It has to be the concussion talking now. Keep the faith Rick!!!!!
Can't fathom what y'all are going thru. Got two lads of our own and the thought of something like that is chilling. Best wishes to all of you.
Rick I'm so sorry! I just can't imagine how you feel as a Dad. Our kids mean so much. Your family and your son are in my payers. Try and be strong for them, we are here for you.
