Nasty hit, lucky young man, I am glad he has luck and apparently God on his side. You are all blessed, he will have his hard times, but it appears he is over the hump. Best to him and your family. And lotto might be a good idea too. Don
Even though my children are all grown seeing the picture of your son's car just makes me want to hug them and thank god.
So at Health South in Columbia now to start rehab. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts. It has and does mean a lot to me. It has helped me more than yall will ever know.
And you know we will all be here if you need to again. Keep us up to date on his progress, I am sure it will be a slow road. As it should be to get well. Don
Rick we will continue to be here for you. Your son is on his road back & he'll get there with his loving family at his side. More good thoughts & wishes headed your way.
So first round of therapy was pretty promising. Found it last night that my step dad is in the hospital again. He has been battling cancer for a while now and some other health issues but its worse this time. My mom is worn down from taking care of him. She isn't ready for him to go but doesn't want to see him suffer anymore. They're 8 hours away. .......
Holy Crap Rick you are dealing with a lot. More prayers and good thoughts headed your way for you and your family.
It's probably so easy to say Rick, but your inner strength and control will provide the outward guidance your family needs to get through these tough times. Here's a brief quote from my wife's Daily Devotional that may be of some help today... "It's alright to be human. As you live in close contact with Me, the Light of My Presence filters through you to bless others." Our best to you, as always.
That is a lot Rick. We will be here when you need us. Take care of your family, you will be in my payers.
As much as I'd like to come up with something snappy or thought-provoking, Rick, I cannot convey my innermost prayers and thoughts better than the three guys above have said it. May God bless you always for your devotion to family, and may He continue to watch over you all.
Rick, please do NOT leave us alone. You have a lot on the plate, so come here and spread it around. Does you good I hope and we can lend our words if nothing else. Sometimes it pours when you want a sprinkle, but the crops always grow. Don
My son went home Friday at 11:30am. He has done out patient therapy to do. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.
Good news Rick. I'm sure he'll do great, being home is great medicine. Good thoughts & vibes headed your way.
Family and all our prayers, Rick, continue to be the best medication...those and your son's own commitment to get back to normal.
Rick how do you and your son think he is doing. I know he is home but is he getting back to "normal"?
