I used 1 can/liter of ATE 200 when I switched to R56S front calipers and F&R SS lines.

There's sure... Then theres really sure!

I don't recommend ingesting brake fluid, just the remnants left over from dropping your cigarette in a small puddle will leave a bad taste in your mouth for days! (Experience matters!)

Start on the softest, given the lighter spring rates of the H&R coils.

    Nice list for the R53!

Congratz on the new truck, hope this works out better than the other Pro-4X for you.

I'd never do such a thing.

    Cheap coilovers are a travesty.

Yes 3 bottles not Liters. The link I sent should have been for 500 ml size bottles.

You can get away with 2 but I like to keep a spare on hand "just in case" because I order them from Amazon. Its not like I can run down the street and buy one more bottle.

    Danke.

Wanted to make sure there wasn't some Motul 600 value meal option I was missing out on.

    Sunlight! We have sunlight!

    Time to test for leaks.

You are going to make it to Fontana (MOTD) this year right?

I have a trip with friends from that other forum I run - just happens to coincide with MOTD. We've had the cabin booked since July, down near the Greenway.

I'll be there for the Donut Run again.

Front floorboards were bone dry after washing, sunroof operates like brand new - sunroof surgery was a success!

H&R coilovers and Hotchkis 22mm RSB ordered tonight.

    It's almost time to party.

LOL! When 200 of my best friends are leaving the country for the next year, I've got more to look after than the paint shop.

    Summer is coming.

Shop time scheduled this week - motor mount, cooling fan, and oil filter housing gaskets going in.

Hoping to start the brakes later this week.

So irritating when something that should be so straightforward goes so wrong.

Motor mount and cooling fan done.

Ended up not needing to do the oil filter housing gasket at all. Huge win there.

Then we tried installing the short shifter. This car is a 2006, so the same exact short shifter from the GP should work just fine, according to Helix.

Unfortunately, I'm having some issues with the set screw providing enough grab to hold the shifter on the end of the shift lever.

So, the car is still at work, on the lift. Dammit.

That blows. I hate having to leave my car on the hoist at work. Always disappointing.
