I agree with the majority. 15% pulley and stock size crank pulley. An upgrade to the ATI pulley is a wise investment because the OEM crank pulley do tend to fail.
I have a JCW S/C pulley (12%) so I upgraded to a 2% crank pulley before the OEM pulley failed. -
Just in case it hasn't been said yet - Get a 15% pulley and if you are higher up on miles, an ATI stock sized crank, new tensioner, new belt, colder plugs.
That setup gets you right up to 14.5-15 PSI max boost and much quicker pickup at lower RPMs. This works fine for normal driving, unless you like to hover at redline for a long time. If you do like to rev high, you should add larger injectors and a tune to avoid running too lean.
The crank removal requires a puller with the right size bolts, while the pulley is best removed with a proper special tool, but in a bind you can grind the old one off (very carefully)
How it is done - see here (and bookmark the channel - very useful if you work on your Mini yourself)

More of the same info here: 15% and an OEM sized damper on the crank.
The ATI damper gets all the headlines, but the PRW fluid damper is a great item. It costs less, has no rubber, never needs rebuilding, and works across the entire rpm range.
And yes, the DRAGON!!!
