Purple Haze Boy, what a difference time makes. In my day one swallowed Purple Haze and went on a trip. Now one buys purple haze at a dealership. Climbs in and drives away on a trip."Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" Jason
Don't feel bad about using your phone 4 pics--that's what I've been using, as well; it's on me more than the camera (sorry u can't find it). AWESOME MINI!!! Exceptional taste in color, I might add. :ihih:
I like the color. My electraglide is Purple. Saddle Sore 1000 Iron Butt Association As you can tell the mini is grey... called Dark Silver Metallic.
THAT is 1 gorgeous bike, GreyWOF!!! 4 a long time, I didn't think men liked purple all that much (it was mostly associated w/feisty little old ladies who didn't give a damn what folks thought about them or their actions rrr, but I'm noticing more men of late. And that is cool, 2.
I prolly shouldn't admit this, but I wouldn't have bought mine if I knew it was purple. I know that sounds really stupid, but it was advertized as blue, and I bought it at night. At night, it really looked like a royal blue. I didn't realize it until I got it out in full-on sunshine. By then it was too late. I'm OK with it, but if I could wave a magic wand and make it blue or red I would. I wonder if I could get chrome bonnet, roof and boot stripes? That would be cool.
I've had people call Scoopie 'blue' in the daylight, so I totally understand your dilemma. And, yes, chrome stripes are available--Aesthetic Creations can do them. I contemplated getting their Carrera Cooper S stripe (in chrome vinyl, of course), but it'd cost $300+! Sooo ... I'll have 2 wait on that one ...
