Mark you were spot on: I pushed on the roof of the car over the back corner and I heard a clicking/clinking sound emanating from the bowels of the rear suspension. What part am I having the issue with?

 

Probably rear control (trailing) arm bushings. 9 years old and 50,000 miles.

 

Decent turn out and some time to unwind.

 

Thanks for the great pics Chuck. Although pic #10 threw me off: I thought that was my car next to Marks, but "where did I get those black rims?"
