Another good thread that will save you some money if you are able to turn your own wrenches. Remember that if you have a R52, there is a 5th bolt just about dead center above the exhaust pipe just before it "y's" to the two mufflers. You can get to this bolt without dropping the exhaust. I moved some heat shielding and used an articulated socket extension to reach the bolt.
