    Many folks just remove the arm, and install a plug....the old $1 rear wiper delete....
    It is a useful part IMO....you might find a used one from somebody parting out a car ...
    Wonder if somebody tried to use it on a car covered in ice....and it broke....

    Damn, that's messed up. You will need the whole works. Scrap yard or new.....or just leave it off and plug the hole. Depends on how dirty the window gets in your area.
