    Damn that was a hard hit but not a head on hit, that’s why no front airbags deployed.

    They probably would have been able to drive away, had it been a Gen 2. they are lighter, stronger and
    prettier. :D

    I'd guess pretty much the same. Any differences would be insignificant with a hard hit like that. That car is totaled, and a Gen 2 or Gen 3 would be totaled, too. How much it is totaled is kind of a moot point -- it's totaled.
