    I would suggest investing in a Bentley Manual since they cover everything in great detail with all the factory Tq specs.

    I agree with crashton. It's a hell of a job. Just be careful you don't screw the timing up and make sure you get the head checked. Mine didn't get checked (mechanic said it did but there ain't no way) and I had to put a new (used) motor in which cost me $3000 +$1500 labor.
