Hi, I figured I would ask here and see if I get any action. Most know I have two Countryman ALL4 S a 2011 and 2016 Parklane Model. Looking at new tires for the 2016, it is time to ditch the runflats at 23,400 miles, they are becoming noisy. I am going to use a 225 or 235 Continental DWS All Season, we have a had great experiences on the 2011 with two sets. So my question, I want another set of wheels in 18 inch to keep the ride height near the same. Any recommendations from folks, I want a dark wheel with a machined face that uses MINI Lug bolts, I really do not like tuner lugs on my MINI wheels. So, sources, suggestions, got some JCW wheels in 18 that you want to let go for a Countryman at a reasonable price? I am not hung up on MINI branded wheels but will go that way, if I can find a decent used set or even new priced right. I did find a nice set of BBS wheels but cost was a bit high (cough)....(cough), but they looked nice. Found them on TireRack, but I think I found the rich man's version of TR. Thanks, Don
A week, no options, no opinions, guess I should go visit the other place, see if anyone has an idea or two.
Dont know how I missed this post. I like the Continentals. They are on my wife's mini, nice and quit. Outmotoring has a few to choose from. https://www.outmotoring.com/home.php?cat=6994 Also I like using Tirerack because you can see what they will look like on your car
Thank you for pointing me at the wheels at Outmotoring, saw some $700 each that might work, although advert display for Tirerack showed me the BBS CH-R wheels just below your posting ar $543.46, the ones I looked at on TR. Love tracking cookies. Not really, but it is click revenue. So I clicked again. Might have to go that way, less the the MINI Brand JCW 19s and about what I want.
