hahahaha with the extra ride height and 8mm wheel spacers I think I should be okay.

Me too! It's been a long time coming. The strange thing about the Mini is it feels so slow compared to the Suzuki but it is way faster if that makes sense. Maybe because the Mini is a better build solid car compared to the tin pot Swift? so I'm going to have watch that as an off is not on the books. I'm be watching rally videos on the play to get in the mood....hahaha Those MA decals will protect the Mini!

That's something I noticed about the Mini..not much body flex. The Swift, even with the cage I had issues openning the doors when I jacked a corner up. With the Mini nada! well you might laugh becauce when I first the Mini and jacked it up Ithought wow the body really flexes....ah but I didn't know the windows drop down , I had the battery off..hahaha
I'm back and the PSP made it.... -

Good luck, can you adjust out a little on the rear sway bar to bring the tail happiness down?
Nice picture, waiting to see how you and the MINI do, always nerves on the first time in.

I don't have any adjustment on the rear. I did do a brake check on tarmac this morning finding the bias is too much to the rear, so I adjusted that but only the drivers side rear locks up suggesting the PS rear is a little siezed. Any quick fixes?
A good thing about driving your rally car to work is things happen. Like last night, no starting but a push start got me home. After some checking I found the sensor on the clutch master cylinder had dropped off......2 zip ties later the engine was starting...lucky that didn't happen on the rally. -

I'm not sure it is brake bias causing this Chris. Two thoughts, with only one rear caliper working your brakes are becoming steering brakes.
Your alignment is causing the rear to steer under braking.
Don't have any quick fix for a bad caliper. Just replace with a good one. -

It seems some dudes in CA did a rally R50 back in 2003 with mixed results. Checking out the photos they have the same low rear end issues.....Double Take Rally Intro

Nice Chris, but don't you think you'd want adjust-ability?

I'm not allowed adjustable tops so this would get around the problem. hahaha
