Thanks I really enjoyed that. I remember when group B was banned, I thought boy rally is really going to suck with those slow group A cars. It didn't take them long to prove all of us naysayers wrong. Group B was banned because they weren't safe for the throngs of spectators. Looks like group A wasn't a bit safer. I'm amazed the count of dead spectators isn't in the 100's.

I don't know, but it may be a Clan Crusader. Looks like an Imp engine sticking out the back. That's not it. It's in the entry list, but I just don't know what it is. Seems like a perfect example of taking things in stride. On the other hand, they did leave out the driver/co-driver commentary...who knows what sort of expletives were shouted? This is fantastic!. Ride along on the side (mostly) of an Audi S1, at night, chasing down a Lancia Delta 4, etc. It's also recent so good quality, not what you usually find in onboard footage from older rally cars. Wow what a ride. What a rush when you catch a car on the stage, but to catch 2. :arf: That was a fun video.

Portugal + bull fighter syndrome. I'm amazed spectators have not been killed by the score. Michelle Mouton was asked how she could drive so fast with people so close. I'll paraphrase her answer. "you must not think of them as people".
Great co-driver, even as the car falls apart around him he still has his head down reading the notes.
