    It is truly random.

    Each time the page is called for each user, including guests, a script is run that picks the garage(s) to be displayed. The previous selections are not saved so it is possible that the same garage is picked on the next refresh. The more garages added the better the probability that a different garage will be displayed. I'll share the code if you want...
