I have a cousin with celiac disease, so he really can't eat gluten, but I also know people who can eat gluten, but think it is unhealthy.
Funny thing is, the most OCD person I know when it comes to things not to eat is not a long-haired lefty, he's a crew-cut guy who is two steps to the right of Ted Cruz. He tells me what I shouldn't eat, and I eat it anyway. :biggrin5:
