Read this last night. Rather good I'd say. Good enough that I devoured it in an evening.

 

I picked up a copy of Mini, An Intimate Biography by Christy Campbell. It's a great read which covers the history and development of the Marque up through the transition to BMW's ownership.

Yes, that's my Classic on the cover. I couldn't resist...

Started reading this in 1990, with the time between books I got frustrated with having to go back and reread volumes to remember the previous plot lines. Maybe now that it complete I'll revisit the series, starting from Book 1. Hello t Half Priced Books for this one!.

 

I've been reading a fair bit as of late, but not auto related.

There are about a 1/2 doz others on my nightstand to read, one I have I'll share.

 

One Second After by William R. Forstchen.
A novel of life in the US after an EMP strike.

 

That was simply a great book and probably as close to what would

actually happen.

Currently reading The Hitman's Guide to Housecleaning: Hallgrimur Helgason: 9781611091397: Amazon.com: Books on my Kindle. It's OK, nothing great so far.

 

An added bonus is that it is set not too far from from the Dragon

 

About sixty miles!

 

I just finished reading the Millennium Trilogy( The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest), excellent read. Once my move is complete, I plan on reading If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor by Bruce Campbell. Then Ill probably read A Dance with Dragons by George R R Martin so I can get caught up.

 

The Swedish films based on the trilogy are excellent as well.

I am into Steve Matchett's "The Chariot Makers", and "The Mechanics Tale" right now...great F1 books by a knowledgable insider.

 

I have the Swedish ones downloaded just waiting to be watched. The new one with Daniel Graig was pretty good as well, but as I understand they got a lot more of the books in the originals.

 

I enjoyed the Swedish movies more.

 

I am getting my fantasy fix right now. With the final book of the series released earlier this year I am rereading the Wheel of Time series. I last read the series up to the 10th book. So now I have roughly 4+ million words to read to finally finish the series......

 

I've been reading the Game of Thrones series. I'm currently on the last book until the next one comes out. I would much rather read the books than watch the show. Trying to decide what my next book should be.

 

I think I am going to do the same thing with Game of Thrones.....wait until he finishes the series before reading any more, if that ever happens

 

Almost done reading Brad Thor's latest "Hidden Order". You will learn a

lot about the Federal Reserve, verrry scary!
