I'm sorry, can't help myself.
Chris Harris (an automotive journalist, sort of) said today "When I was 18 my left testicle was mangled by a fast moving hockey ball. The FIAT 500L reminds me of the moment I first saw my broken spud."

I saw one of these at the car show back in March, it really is NOT attractive - but then to my eye neither is the Countryman they copied from....still, it looks cheaply made and even tho it will have the turbo motor as stock, I'm not impressed with it.

There is even a bigger uglier one called the 7 seat 500L Living....
It's stretched 8" longer than the 500L...

The three piece front window is odd.

Yeah that roof doesn't look very durable, especially in the front. Does not look safe at all, in case of a rollover...my first thought when I looked at this Thing

I might be able to stomach the 2-door 500 (especially the Abarth), and the 4-door isn't entirely awful, but holy hell that 7 passenger monstrosity is hideous. I know we're on a MINI forum and this is an echo chamber, but I really don't see how anyone can find them nearly as appealing as a MINI.

Passed a Chrysler dealer and one of those things was up on an elevated stand...I nearly rear ended the poor guy in the beetle in front of me cuz I was blown away by the sheer uglyness of it
