I just installed all four H-sport adjustable rear control arms. They have Zerk fittings at all bushings, no recommendations came with them for lubrication.
What lube is recommended or what have you used successfully.

Synthetic Greases  Waterproof grease for the grease zerks....

I had the same H-Sport control arms installed. The units were completely disassembled and the adjustment threads were coated with anti-seize. This keeps the moisture and salt from wicking in and corroding the adjustment threads.

I coated all threads with anti-seize first thing. That's the same brand I use on all electrical connections, smaller tube though. Guess I'll buy a dedicated grease gun and a tube of that Superlube.

I would like to recommend that not anyone wait 10 years before installing these things.
