I like the H-Sports because they have flexible bushings. If your intent is to adjust alignment and you don't seriously track your car, they work fine. Outmotoring has a lot of options on their site.

H-Sports also have zerk fittings allowing one to pull out that old grease gun at the bottom of the tool box in the back, clean off the dust and lube the bushings every year or so.

I might add that I do visit the track from time to time. It is difficult to quantify how much track time so I'll just use miles. My car will see about 1k track miles this year.
Also, while I do have an Alta RSB and like it, my initial impressions of their rear LCAs are not so positive. -

I also have the H-Sport, got them from Way. Dito on all the comments made about them.

I have the H-sport rear arms. They're pretty sweet. Whichever arms you end up getting, make sure to check the stop nuts once a month. They backed out on me a couple times when the arms were fresh and new.

Ok, something to be aware of for sure. I might just give it a drop of Loctite for insurance.
Hmm, I wonder if I could get the middle anodized blue section in anodized black? -
I had H-Sport on my previous MCS. They were easy to adjust and stayed quiet. I only used them during two track days but were fine. They are also not too strong so that if you crash the arms will bend rather than more expensive parts. I know from sliding my car into a curb.

It wouldn't be that hard to remove and paint.

I'll bet it's not Rally low.
-
No it aint. It is functionally low, or rather low for 'go' as opposed to 'show'.

B. I wasn't saying you need to lower it a lot...I simply meant that after lowering it even a little the control arms are no longer visible, even when blue :arf: Easier than stripping and re-anodizing them -
Yeah maybe you couldn't see them on my car anyway.
Anyone out there with the TSW arms? Anyone else with the IEs? Anything else out there worth consideration? -

There was a couple good threads way back when on the sewing site. Check out the Promini LCA's - they're similar to H-sport but a different color.
-
TSW here and they have worked and held up well!

I've heard good things about the helix LCA's. They have boots to covering the joints, which is nice for daily drivers.
