    Looks like all it needed was a little twist... Instead of trying to put it straight on, just rotate it slightly - 45-90 degrees - to get it in position then slowly rotate it back and it slipped back into place. All better now. :)

    Glad you figured it out. It is kind of hard to explain that on the web fourm. The first time I took mine off it took 1/2 hour to figure out how to put it back on.

    Once you do your are like Duh that was easy.
