    I doubt you're going to see much of a performance gain. As far as throwing a CEL goes, there's no sensors down that area. The sensors are just on the lower part of the downpipe so you'd be fine with that. I have no idea what it would sound like. If you do it, be sure to record a before and after version :D

    I think its all sound.

    If you look through the Factory JCW exhaust that resonator is 100% pass through... there are just gaps on the edges for exhaust to go.

    Mine was cut in half for shipping and I took a look

    I installed the NM Charge Tube which also removes the resonator. Nothing but improvement for performance and sound...all good.

    Thanks Greylens. I was referring to the exhaust resonator in-line before the muffler. I have looked at the NM charge tube though and it is on my list of future mods. Any additional opinions on the resonator...anyone?
