Can elaborate a bit more about this please? Do you mean when you used the button it did nothing? Or, when you use the Quick Reply box below that it does nothing? Or something else.
I never used the button myself, this is the first time I've ever used this box at the bottom of the page but figured this was a good chance to try it out.
