Take a hammer and use the handle end and push them out from the back side. They just pop right out.

Take a piece of clear packing tape about 6-8 inches long. Center it on the "center cap" and press it down so it has a grip on the whole face of the cap. Hold the two ends and snatch the tape toward you. Should pop right out. I've done this on 2nd and 3rd Gen cars and it worked every time. You should be able to do all four wheels with the one piece of tape.
