Calling all MoM's.....I need help from someone who has experience removing a JCW front bumper cover. I need to remove my Coupe bumper to install the new Carbon Fiber (yea, CF bits are starting to multiply again) M7 splitter that I bought from a guy over on the sewing site(brand new still in the box). Let me know if you can lend a hand this weekend.
I have never removed a JCW Bumper, but I did remove the one from my MC40. I am pretty handy, so I am more than happy to help. I hope you have a new intercooler to install while it is off also...
I changed mine over from the stock bumper to the JCW bumper. It wasn't too hard. I can certainly give you a hand. Or we could do it in my shop if you want. Plenty of room and lighting. I'll be there tomorrow. Most of the day. Send me a PM if you're interested.
I never changed one, but I did spend the night in a Holiday Inn Express, so I will be glad to help. Jim
:cornut: I'm in Texas so........................... All of the responses by all of the people on this page really do my heart good! MA the place where dark clouds quickly dissipate. Jason
Yeah, we've got a pretty close knit group here in Columbus.....and we'll get to listen to Nathan make wisecracks
Sounds like a plan to hang out and have maybe coffee and donuts :donut1: Im available to help or eat or hang out. Wife and daughter are at horse show so I got no plans.....
I have an idea, swap bumpers between silverback & dark helmet. Now that I'd came to see. :ihih: No dark clouds here just friendly sky's. Where is this bumper ectomy happening?

Very cool pictures guys. Crash, how did you stand to watch that? I know you don't believe in splitters, except on 100+mph race cars. Jim
Thanks for all the pictures! Man was that a pain, but well worth it...looks great Mark. I agree with MM that we need to do this more often. Great seeing everyone, it was a lot of fun. Thanks for lunch, Mark.
