I never changed one, but I did spend the night in a Holiday Inn Express, so I will be glad to help.

I have never removed a JCW Bumper, but I did remove the one from my MC40. I am pretty handy, so I am more than happy to help.

I hope you have a new intercooler to install while it is off also...

 

I changed mine over from the stock bumper to the JCW bumper. It wasn't too hard. I can certainly give you a hand. Or we could do it in my shop if you want. Plenty of room and lighting. I'll be there tomorrow. Most of the day.
