On something that new, mild soapy water should work. Once it is cleaned, I would treat the leather with a good, NON silicon based, leather conditioner.

the scuffs are on the hard plastic cover on the back of the seat. I posted the pic to show the color. The main concern is the plastic, and of course keeping the leather looking clean down the road.

409 Cleaner - the real stuff, not the Orange version - to clean the plastic.
On the leather use Connoly Hide Food, it's been recommended for Rolls Royce and Jaguar seats for ages, it should be OK for yours too...... -
