They have the same age and miles on them as the radiator hoses, seems like if you have it torn down this far now's the time to do them......

Yeah, the automatic is a a bit easier because the whole thing comes as an assembly.
I'm not as convinced that you need to replace those proactively. With the smaller diameter, there's more hose wall per cross section area. I think they'll be less likely to rupture than the radiator hoses.
But I replaced mine when I refreshed my car at 150k miles anyway.
Then when I did the manual swap at 160k miles, I used the 75k 9 year old hoses off the donor car.-

I'm with Minidave on replacing them. I absolutely positively hate to gamble on hoses being sorta okay and then get burned by having to replace them when they go kaput when I can replace them on my terms when doing other maintenance.

You are in there, why not do them at this time. Put better clamps on those that have clamps too.
