So I find that my road noise wasn't from the run flats or bad roads. It turned out the wheel hub is gone. This is my first time working on this car. I've done all sorts of work to foreign, and American cars. Rebuilt engines to complete suspension. But never on a mini. Any tips out there in doing such. Feel free to add humor if needed.
Best tips are contained in the Bentley manual. All MINI owners should have one. PM eMINIparts.com, friendly pricing & great service.
I just did the rears on my 06 MCS. Impact gun was a life saver. The torx screw holding the disc to the hub was stubborn and so were the bolts holding the hub to the trailing arm.
PM me the last 7 of the VIN....MINI has a kit that includes hardware and the wheel bearing at a great price....
