    I wonder what they did with it? They don't say what repairs were made.

    Was it a heap to start with? or was it in almost pristine condition?

    If they received the car in as raced condition you can bet it needed a lot. Race cars, run hard & put away wet. Back in the day it was just a race car & used as such. Today it is an automotive God. I too would have liked to see its restoration. That would be a cool story.
