Then we have the "no club" group that doesn't give a damn what we are called, we just enjoy what we drive, have long time friends associated with all three groups, like to eat donuts, have gotten past the in-fighting and post on all three boards plus M/U.
I'm finalizing plans for the MoM Picnic which will include everyone from the three groups under the MoM Umbrella. Maybe MoM should stand for Many Opportunities to Mingle.
......where is Donuts this month?

 

Mark and other fellow "no club" members can always hang with our group at the Dragon.

Non-clubs are always better! Come to the Darkside we have beer and donuts.

Isn't it great that such a simple thing like the owners of a common car getting together to enjoy each other's company is such drama. I, for one, am happy I no longer live the drama or have any cares for those who do.

Two words come to mind for them... :mtrn:.

 

Don't forget the "Women of MOM on the Mack".... It'sa splinter group, but they should be included... I think they are up there putting together a special edition "Women of MOM" calendar...:biggrin5:

Piqua MINI Society

 

I'm happy. Why shouldn't I be happy? I have THREE MINIs and am the president of my own club. We go on drives, go out to eat at great restaurants, visit great mechanics for service, and I actually DO have at least ONE friend in the M0M non-club. With my friend, I sure as hell do not need, nor want, a group hug...ewwww...cooties. :eek6:

If it's going to be the Giant Eagle in Granview, there is a Panara on the same parking lot... They have nice breakfasts.... Giant Eagle has a food court inside that will give you a nice selection...

 

Yes! Gotta get Anson to find some pesky vacuum leaks for me first. I am tired of the car being in the garage, and not hitting the curves.

Sorry, but Jeff seems to be the general whipping boy these days. I can't help that I'm so far from the non-club activities, such as they are, though. Perhaps that's why the Dayton-area folk have stopped attending, too...distance. I have tried to attend when possible and don't take kindly to having "fun" poked at me, especially when some don't even drive a MINI anymore.

I'll just see ya when I see ya...mainly at the Dragon. Yeah, I'll even get there in time ...slow as I may be.
