Rolls-Royce have revealed what must be the world's smallest ever vehicle recall. Amid the millions of vehicles being recalled worldwide in the Takata air bag issue, BMW Group, the owner of the luxury Rolls-Royce brand, is recalling one - yep, one - of its 2015 Ghost models manufactured on January 23, 2014. Apparently thorax air bags fitted to both front seats may not meet the side impact performance requirements for the front seat passengers which may increase the risk of injury to them in the event of them being deployed in an accident. Given the recall began in late October, we expect Rolls-Royce will have already contacted the unlucky owner and the problematic air bag modules will have been replaced free of charge.
You can almost hear the collective sighs of relief from those owners who won't be inconvenienced and whose vehicles won't be violated.
