Wouldn't it be sweet for the R53 to win the Championship too!!

 

Is it a good track for MINIs, sure it is. But my MINI experience there is limited to track days. Racing is a whole nother thing. Mid-Ohio is a handling track & that is sure to favor the RSR MINIs.

I know I'll be there rooting them on.....

 

I'll be there as well and will stop by like we always do.....this year though we'll probably have a guy named Nathan with us.

 

You can bet a few old fart silverbacks will come & see you guys.

When I raced SCCA we would routinely have 65+ car fields at Mid-Ohio.

Best advice I can give is qualify at the front. If not watch it for the first lap. Your team has excellent driver's & they can handle it.

I'll be corralled in the infield back near the pedestrian bridge. You know the spot. A corral is not a bad idea. You might call Mid-Ohio & set one up.

 

I'll call them again...they weren't very receptive to the idea on my first call.

 

Yes, the weekend pass includes a paddock pass. The infield is open on Friday but not on Saturday from what I can tell.

 

I thought that I saw the infield was open. They are not selling infield passes. I'm taking that to mean it is open. I'll poke around the M-O site some more.
