What engine mounts are you running? Possible things are shifting under load and something's rubbing then (like maybe the crank pulley / belt on a wheel well liner, etc.).
Though on a manual there's normally plenty of clearance there.-

Not sure. Have someone give the car a little gas and take a look at the pulleys when they are revving the engine. Maybe one of the pulleys are not running true.

its not the wheel liners ive run it without those and it was still there, the sound doesnt sound like the exhaust rubbing it distinctly sounds like two things a rubbing constantly, not the exhaust shifting around.
They are the stock mounts and i have had new ones on my to do list for a while, ill take a look for signs of rubbing, but last time i pulled the crank pulley i didnt notice any rubbing and the supercharger and alternator hve both been off recently and again no sign of wear.
would the notches be causing any issues? the dont go all the way to the timing cover or anything, and the **** head who told me about it "said if anything it just makes the crank lighter' -

Is the rubbing noise only while moving? Or do you hear it with the car idling stationary?
Does free revving the car in the driveway produce the noise?
