    It's quite the sight to have that big ole plane directly above your head. This Cal Fire S2T was the common Tanker during my tenure... It still is the only Tanker model in our fleet.

    Carrier groups are the most awesome weapon system. There is nothing like them in the world. My uncle server on the USS Forrestal and my son's best friend is on the USS Nimitz.

    It is a nice place to visit. The nickname, "Big Sky Country" is well earned. I spent a week at his place during a three week drive to CA back in '79. He's been after me for years to visit him in AK, but I'm still waiting for them to come out with a heavy duty grill guard for the Mini. Too many critters bigger than the car between here and there!

    An easy way to load pictures here is to throw them on Photobucket & then link the picture to M/A.
