Rat Rod is the plan Don. :D It hasn't been done "proper" yet, and I was up for the big change! Having all the custom and body shop experience plus an artistic (some might say Autistic) mind helps. :)

The snow on the ground and the noise insulation that it provides made it get to me as well. Unlike the 911 Memorial in Manhattan, this memorial is out in the middle of nowhere and the silence that surrounds it is a little eerie. I recommend a visit.

It's a GM Futureliner. One of eight that toured the US back in the early days as a mobile GM advertising venue. On one it's many trips, this hauler toured carrying the newly released 1953 Corvette.

Saw one of these there too... 1938 Ford 85. A carbon copy of my first vehicle at the ripe age of 15.

Saw a new Subaru STi on the way to work... Looks like a cross between a Camry, and a Ford Fusion with a '90s ricer wing...
All hope is now lost in Subaru! :(

My Son sent this to me last night. Just one of several fire incidents out here in the West, this is one he happens to be assigned to at the moment...

This shot of his strike team made the cover of their IAP.

When they built tube frames & went rear wheel drive those cars ceased to be Minis in my mind. Isn't a Mini about fwd? They are now just funny cars of the SCCA.

    !!!!!

I need one of those too! I wonder if I could get away with parking in one of the two entire rows dedicated to hybrid/electric cars at the Target near my work (in Treehuggerville) if I had one of those on my Mini...

That car looks likes it is in need of that C channel itself. Drop that bad boy from about 30 feet and let it mold itself right into to that POS. :cornut:

People argue the new Jag looks too much like an Aston... I think the new Jag looks better than the new Aston! :)

Working on Riverrun. By the time Bill & I are done we'll have run the route 5 or 6 times. Looking at a map & writing a route works for some things, but Riverrun deserves our best effort. Besides is way big fun driving those roads. :D

There are more pictures added to the Riverrun gallery on my smugmug page.
