Thank you Mark CHKMINI, I have never been there, but was about to when the towers fell in '01... Damn near gave up everything high school diploma and all to go and see what I would be fighting for. 11 Years 2 Iraq deployments, and pretty much all of my good days later, I feel obligated to one day make it to Ground Zero, but dont see how that is possible right now. With all I have to do Just to claim the degree of disability I am stuck with, due to PTSD and other symptoms I have "lived with" so I could keep my military career, it wont be for a while. Great pics though, kinda lets me know the last 11 years, and everything I looked foreword to in life wasn't a total loss.
Nice pics Mark. TheModFather, thanks for your service from a Retired Army Soldier. Trust me your last 11 years are not a total loss. Some of us really appreciate what you and other military members do.
Got the leaves off the back yard and snapped a picture of the MINI with the nice color in the background......
They are rare. I tried buying one with a 5 speed conversion for my son a number of years ago. But the seller changed his mind and kept it.
Old school SVX, not too many of those left in the world. I wanted one so bad before I graduated high school.
I always liked those, Skooby SVX. That car went in production looking like the show car it was. So often we see a sweet show car, but when it goes into production is has been severely messed with. The thing I didn't understand was why only an automatic?
Saw yesterday actually, but dastardly attack on MA site kept me away. Anyway, they keep things like this behind velvet ropes to keep people like me away. If I even touched it, Enzo would bang his head against the lid:
This guy with this very nicely preserved 308 lives near me somewhere. Need to find out and see if he needs any new friends....
