This is hands down my favorite truck. I wish I could find a running one not restored with a straight 6. Not preface but not a rust bucket ether.
While spending a couple of days at my daughters house, over on the central coast, my son-in-law and I took in a Motörhead Monday at his buddy's house. This is a shot of the '82 Gurney Eagle they're restoring, hoping to make the vintage celebration at the 100th running of the Indy 500 this next May.
On my way home from the coast earlier this afternoon, I took a detour at Santa Margarita to watch a bit of the air show on the Cuesta Fire. This DC-10 is one of only two of its kind out here on the west coast.

It's quite the sight to have that big ole plane directly above your head. This Cal Fire S2T was the common Tanker during my tenure... It still is the only Tanker model in our fleet.
