Not sure how scratched they are, I have the same thing on mine and have used Griot's plastic polish and plastic cleaner to great success
These inserts are of course part of the door panel that 'wraps' around the center part of the door, have never ventured into removing inserts themselves. My *guess* is you need to replace the entire panel
