Today is my last day of Mini ownership. Found a buyer and we are meeting at a bank this evening. I do have some mixed feelings, this has been by far the best car I have ever owned. In addition to being a hoot to drive and modify it has introduced me to a great group of people. I look forward to my next car adventure and sharing it with my Mini friends.

Glad you finally found a buyer- looks like you're now one step closer to finding your dream E46 M3 convertible Is the buyer is local? Maybe you can talk him in to coming to a few the MOM Mini breakfasts and that might help you with some of the MINI withdrawal symptoms you will be feeling.
Local... he lives less than a mile from me!!! So I will probably end up seeing the car from time to time. What really sold me is he is a bus driver with a grey beard so I almost feel like I am selling my car to Chuck Jill gave me my budget for the E46 so now it is a case of finding just the right one. There are 2 that are currently for sale that I really like, so we will see I might have to book a flight to a distant city (lucky for me both cities where the cars are I have good friends to stay with if the deal were to fall through)
