For sure, you can share csv files and post them. I agree, it would be very helpful and people can see even with 2 cars that have the same tune, and or (stock) that adaptation learning values can be totally different from each other. Very good idea Nathan

csv file type attachments up to 5MB in size now added.

Of the 100's of log files I have only a handful are larger then 5MB so that should be plenty of leeway when uploading files to compare.

Since the log from above is from a MINI running E85 what would those of us that use real gas expect from the same conditions?

Would we be maxing out the injectors?

550s on Pump gas and reference data on the 440s.

Nate, with 91 Octane at 206WHP, my 06 MCS with the same mods is at 72% - 74% duty-cycle with the Bosch OE 550s. There are a lot of guys here in US running FA and the 550s, i will have them post up their findings and logs as well. I'm doing long-term testing on E85 with my car so it will be another month before i switch back to 91 pump.

For those customers with the 2nd-Gen RMW 440s, here is a little reference data for your folks as well. Last weekend there was a customer dyno'ing his MINI with 17% pulley (that was the only mod, everything else was stock) with RMW 440 and RMW tune. It made 186whp on the same Dynojet and we logged it using FA. At that power level, those injectors were at 84% duty-cycle and the AFR was 11.2 ~ 11.5 measured from the tailpipe (customer didn't have the Innovate in-car unit). So the AFR is looking great, but if add'l mods are added, then the 440s will likely be maxxed out as well.

This was a 4th Gear Pull reving to 7100... car boosting 15 psi.

    1. Knock Retard (in yellow) are "0"s across the board.
    2. Ignition timing per cylinder (purple) are dead even on all 4's
    3. Injector duty cycle at 75% (in red) with a boost pressure of 15.8 at 7,000 RPM.

    Some questions about that log...

Since the throttle Angle reading is constant I'll assume it was floored. Why is it only showing 82.0098. Is that a percentage or the degree of opening?

What mods are on this car?

    What is the Fuel Octane?

Also, can you put these in one thread please so the questions and answers are consolidated.

I would have to ask Thomas again in the U.K of this customer mod list. For the Fuel Octane, it's there premium fuel they use over there from the pump.

As for throttle opening, the BMW software for some reason and I don't know why scales the throttle opening to 82.00 % which equals to 100 %
I confirmed this is the code and actually opening the throttle with my hand with the ECU and throttle wired all up on my test bench. Fully open displays at the most 82.00 % - hint it is measuring Angle.
