Looks great. I have both kits (See my gallery). Did the one for the passangers side give you any problems, cause mine did? It was the only one.

Are those appliques or real wood parts?
I would love to get some matching dash and door peices, but I didn't see Lazer Blue on their list.....I'm not into the carbon fiber look either. -

The kits that Sherwood makes are real wood veneers that have been impregnated with urethane for UV protection, flexibility and to provide a way to attach the adhesive. BTW, if those pieces were made of solid high grade walnut burl the cost would make you blanch!

DASH KITS - WOW TRIM!

1. Open and remove the two screws that are easy to see.
2. Along the front (bottom) inside edge (closest to you) there are four clips. You have to stand on your head to see them, but they are there.
3. The proper tool to release them is beyond me, but I used pair of needle nose and used them to force the clips open rather then squeeze.
4. Once released the bottom is free, so pivot it upward and it comes off.
5. To put it back on there are two tabs at the top that fit into two slots. Insert and pivot forward and down. The lower clips will pop right into place. Replace the two screws.
Yes, the clips are a PITA.

Yo Jim - I got that miserable door off and was able to correct that alignment mistake with the careful use of an Exacto knife and a straight edge. Mucho gooder now! Thanks again, DW.

After 7 months, I finally decided to put on the door pieces of the kit, too. Someone on a different forum showed pics of his and pushed me over the edge. Am I ever glad I jumped! The camera flash makes it look much shinier then it looks in natural light. I'm really liking it a LOT!
