I had this thought that there ought'a be a showcase for our personal garages and intended to start one, when what-do-ya-know... here's the thread - albeit dead... So, in an effort to ressurect this great idea, here's a few picks of our garage.
Enjoy and show us all some more! :beeropcorn:

No garage should have its own website, but I recently made one for mine:
The 12-Gauge Garage
Here are some more pictures of my two-car garage. There's no Mini in it (although I've rented them for track days), but I thought you guys might enjoy it. I did all the work myself, including setting the tile and digging the pit for the lift. I started it during the Writers Guild strike in 2007 and only recently have started calling it 'finished.'
Work benches that fold down from the wall:
And it's got its own a video:

And yes, a video just about the lift I put in:

Is it always this clean? No. Not by a long shot.
But it does go back to clean very quickly -- that's the real accomplishment of it, I think. I finally took the time to work out a place for everything to go when It's not being used.
In practice, it makes a huge difference not having to spend so much time looking for things you've misplaced. I spent years doing that.-

Warning!!! Old Fart content.....
I don't mind living in our condo at all Jason. Went from a 110 year old house that always had something to repair into a 6 year old condo that someone else repairs. Pretty sweet deal for Babs & I. The only thing I miss is the shop space, but what we have is very workable.
After going through moving our parents who would not move when the time was right for them, we decided to do it while we could make the decisions for ourselves.
We are both very happy here in the old fart home. :goaljnky-

In the beginning, it was this-My beloved R53 El Kabong and Hubby's truck.
Then El Kabong was murdered and the truck moved out, and we have this-
My R56 S Mozart and hubby's Countryman S, Wulfric.
Hopefully by this time next week I will be posting the new additions. Ship just docked with hubby's R55 S and my R56 S on board!-

So my son showed me how to use the panorama feature on my 4s one morning, a couple months ago. Little did my wife know, she got busted counting cars.... I've warned her before.
The black car now resides in SoCal.Attached Files:
