Another site issue: Last night about 11:39, loading M/A, my antivirus broke up the party by blocking at attack. I had just clicked on M/A from 'Favorites' when this happened. The attacking agent was 'Fake Flash Update Download 2', attacking computer, 195.154.156.211,80 and the URL was ready4live.set2freeupdatenow.net
Obviously things are fine now.

I had something similar to the above this morning. As soon as I clicked to arrive here from my favorites, I was diverted to another site that was asking me to download something, then tried to divert me to to the App Store on my iPad.
Usually when I've seen things like that before, it's been the fault of a rogue advertisement. -
I got things cleaned up, I thought, another weird redirect hit and I shut off the machine. Re started and ran a quick Norton scan. A whole bunch of tracking cookies were eliminated and this seems to be working properly now. I'm still on high alert however.

OK, it happened again. Clicked on favorites and a 'Bizrate' ad comes up. When I tried to reload M/A again it shows up on the task bar as http://ww2.motoringalliance.com/ Something really weird is going on. That all happens on 'Chrome' and this posting is done on regular Internet Explorer.

I haven't had any problems with Chrome. I also run Ad Block plus, Ghostery and Click and Clean.
I don't ever see any ads when surfing the web. -

googleing M/A and clicking on the URL got me here but when I clicked on 'favorites' on IE, Chrome or Firefox I got the redirect. This doesn't happen on any other websites, so it has to have something to do with this particular one. Also, I'm now seeing the reply screen all scrunched up like what minidave posted.

Looking into these issues. The biggest problem I having so far is in trying to duplicate the things ya'll are seeing.
Someone send me an iPad Pro* please. For debugging only, I swear, honest!
*256 GB 12.9" in Space Grey, preferably. Wi-Fi version. -
Snuck back in again. The way mine is acting I'm guessing there's an alien lurking. I ran a quick scan earlier which trashed a few cookies but the redirect is still popping up. Recon I'll call in a local tech to smoke it out.
And, the reply window is 5.5" wide now instead of 3/8". -

I just had a pop up on the bottom of IE that said it has modified the script on this page. Everything works fine, but I figured I would give my input.

DESKTOP ONLY
Seeing odd stuff. try this. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Look to the bottom left corner. You'll see a dropdown. If it says M/A Responsive then select the one that says MA. See of that makes a difference in your view.
This is for desktop's only. Mobile devices will automatically pick up the responsive style. -

Looks like its already selected!
Perhaps that's why I haven't really had too many issues?
-
Switching from Responsive worked to up the type size to what I remember
Thanks! -
Some of you have reported that when www.motoringaliance.com comes up then it changes to ww2.motoringaliance.com then it goes to youforgottorenewyourhosting.com.
Currently looking into this. -

Also can't seem to login to the site on Tapatalk on my iPhone. The other sites I use Tapatalk for seem to work fine. Not sure if MA has officially cut ties with them yet. -
Did the M/A Responsive to M/A swap on IE then did the same with Chrome. On Chrome I saved the link to the favorites file then selected it. Immediately Norton blocked a virus attack. There's something about Chrome and M/A on this particular machine that somebody doesn't like. No issues with any of the other saved links. The name of the virus is 'Fake Scan Webpage 7'.
Looks like Chrome is headed for the pits for the time being.
