I had to laugh at this posted on our local Mini site:
"The South has been crippled by a winter storm... or as they call it, the Weather of Northern Aggression."
-Stephen Colbert 1/10/11
Old news but still made me laugh out loud... -

We only got 8-10" but you'd think mother nature dropped an A-bomb on our town, the way people reacted - it's the snowpocalypse!
20 minute commutes took over 3 hours!
I took me about 1 1/2 hours to get home (the famous 20 min commute mentioned about) and I left the office at 3 pm! By 5 the roads were just choked with frightened drivers crawling in the left lane of the freeway at 5 mph with their hazards on........sheesh!
And we're supposed to get more tomorrow!
Wonder what would have happened if we got the kind of snow accumulations they got back east?
Not to mention the stores are completely out of milk, bottled water and toilet paper now! -
lol. thats hilarious. -

Over the next few weeks work is sending me to Santa Clara, CA. and Puerto Rico. I can handle 6 inches of snow for a few days:lol:.
They did a good job of clearing last nights snowfall here, well for me anyway, as most of the locals stayed home, I got to work in my normal time
