5'11" And, I am sitting around doing nothing while waves of rain pass through, preventing me from making any money, while about 20 auction cars wait to be photographed. :incazzato: Meanwhile, I am hoping for a deal to get done today on a sweet Packard in California so I can go shoot that while I wait for Texas and Okiehoma to dry out. Just got back from the doctors. No more grinding, polishing, or anything that involves grit, dust, or other bad stuff. What that means to me is that I am no longer able to make jewelry, knives, or any of the other 'stuff' I have made for 40 years. I guess that's over :cryin: But, on a positive note...more time to enjoy Pepper. Looking forward to the Dragon...like you wouldn't believe.:biggrin5:
Damn that's not the news we were hoping for. But I happy to see that you're able to turn the table for a positive note! Have to keep that good attitude!
Stuck in Savannah on a layover. Maybe after dark I will go get some pictures. I brought my Medium format film camera.
GS, sometimes you have to change for the sake of a few more years. Sorry to hear about the problems although you have found a new great hobby, get out and drive, enjoy some outside, perhaps the change will allow some simple activities doing gold and shaping some metal after some time for the lungs to catch up. Thoughts are with you in our senior years. Don Btw, I took a great nap today!
Up at 5, drank some coffee and spent more money on a couple websites, went for a drive in my Classic Mini, got a hair cut, ate some food (twice). Now, here I sit watching NCIS while I surf M/A and I'm headed to bed in a few. It is 2200 after all... Tomorrow's a new day.
I like to get up a little early before going into work.... Take my camera and do a little local photo snappin around town before the sun comes up and things git a little crazy for me.... It's relaxing.... Here are a few recent pic's... Hope you enjoy them...
Working, then a little range time, then more work. Tried to get in on National Pancake day last night for dinner but there was a line at IHOP. Oh well
Working a half day today. then its off to home to swap the wheels and tires out. Looks like its going to be nice for a while.
Busy day today. PT, then lunch, and then put some more break-in miles on the new motor. Beautiful day to try out the new summer tires on some of the back roads around home. 70º here already and calling for 80º later.
Been testing a new mobile solution for M/A. This being a test post. Also went a good long walk. The weather is so nice.
Up really early to drop the kids and grandkids at the airport (DIA) this AM, made it by 6am, both MINIs loaded up with kids, car seats and luggage. They made it to Virginia with no drama. Now I need a nap again. Weather has been overcast and cool for the last couple of days, should get back into the 60s soon, it is Colorado, ya know! Don
